Natürliche Heilmittel bei Halssschmerzen?

Hey Zusammen,

ich wollte euch mal Fragen welche natürliche Heilmittel bei starken Halsschmerzen helfen?

Ich bin kein großer Fan von Pillen & Co und würde daher gerne etwas auf natürlicher Basis oder im Idealfall etwas aus der Nataur zu mir nehemen...

Hilft Ingwer oder Kamillentee mit Honig?
